01 / SERVICES

Pick a room. I'll make it work.

Tap a tile. One touch and the room is on, that's how it should feel afterwards.

02 / SERVICE CALLS

Need an AV tech on site? I'm in Edmonton.

On-site service for audio, video, digital signage and video conferencing. Diagnosed properly, fixed on the spot where possible, and explained in plain words.

FOR SUPPORT TEAMS + INTEGRATORS

Your hands on site.

Remote support desk, out-of-town integrator or manufacturer? I'm the local technician who goes in, works the ticket with you on the phone, and reports back what was found and fixed.

FOR OFFICES + BUSINESSES

Something stopped working.

No picture, no sound, the call won't connect, the signage froze. Call and I'll come out, find the cause, and get the room back in use.

03 / INSTALLATION

Installed like someone is going to inspect it.

Most problems with a room start with how it was put in. Every install across Edmonton is done the same careful way, whether it's one TV on a wall, one huddle room or a whole floor.

  • Mounted right. Level, square, on the right backing. Displays up to 98 inches.
  • Cabling you never see. Run clean, dressed in the rack, and labelled at both ends with printed labels that stay on long after I leave.
  • Set up, not just hung. Cameras framed, audio tuned, rooms signed in to Teams or Zoom.
  • Tested with you. We run a meeting together before I leave.
  • Cleaned up. Boxes gone, ceiling tiles back, room ready to use.
50+

Digital signage, maintained. For more than ten years I have installed and looked after digital signage and media players, now at more than 50 locations across Alberta, most of them running two or more displays. Most of those sites can't be photographed, which is why you won't see them in the gallery.

04 / DESIGN

Drawn before it's built.

Every system is planned in CAD first: network, signal flow and installation details, so the install goes in right the first time. Move over a drawing, or touch it on a phone, to look closer.

05 / SMART HOME

Your smart home, actually working.

Bought the smart gear and it never quite came together? I'll come to your Edmonton home, set it all up so it works as one system, and show you how to use it. Apple-first: iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and HomePod, with Home Assistant and Homebridge to bring everything else in.

C

Wired right

Home networks built on Ubiquiti UniFi, wired to the TVs, access points, office and rack. Every termination is guaranteed, labelled at both ends, and tested with a NetAlly LinkRunner AT 4000 LRAT-4000: wiring, length and link speed verified. Test reports available on request.

D

Train

A simple walk-through for everyone in the house, so it gets used and nobody is stuck calling the kids.

07 / WHO YOU GET

You deal with the person who installs it.

Based in Edmonton. Automation since 1995, Crestron since 1998. No sales team, no hand-offs. I walk the room, plan it, install it, test it with you, and I'm the one who answers when you call.
